THE MAKER

IreyMade is a one-woman company located in Anchorage, Alaska. As a photographer by day, working with my hands has always been a way to escape the screentime that comes with a digital job. Inspired by my grandmother's love for all things beautiful in rich earth tones, when I couldn't find the exact color palletes and style of earrings I wanted, I decided I'd create them. I am also expanding my work this year even more, and include my love of stones that my father cultivated at a young age.

I am not an indigenous beader, however I have many amazing indigenous artist suggestions listed in my Instagram's highlights that I love, and would highly recommend everyone support.
